Question 1

How long do you need to process my orders?

Accepted Answer

We ship out products from our warehouse within an average of 72 hours. Once shipped, CustomizingBox APP will upload tracking numbers to your Shopify store. You can check them in both CustomizingBox and Shopify. You can also estimate shipping time and price on the dashboard after logging in.

Question 2

Will you put any invoices, receipts, or marketing materials in the package?

Accepted Answer

No, we won't. We will only put your brand custom labels, custom pack-ins, and promo materials if you need. Your customers will only receive materials carrying your brand, never any third-party invoices or receipts. For specific requirements, contact your CustomizingBox customer manager.

Question 3

What is your delivery time and which shipping methods do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination country. For example, YUN Express to the USA takes 7–14 days. You can choose ePacket, Yun Express, Yanwen Special Line, DHL, and USPS in our APP. There isn't a best shipping method, but a most suitable one based on your preference between shipping time and cost.

Question 4

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

We can ship to most countries, including all European and American countries, some Middle Eastern and African countries, and most Asian countries. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to a specific destination, please contact your CustomizingBox customer manager for confirmation before placing your order.

Question 5

What if packages are damaged or lost during shipment or delivery?

Accepted Answer

If it is our responsibility, we will resend the product free of charge or refund as per your request. But we don't resend or refund when the parcel is lost due to a wrong address or phone number, or because the local post office failed to contact the recipient.

Question 6

How is quality control done for the products?

Accepted Answer

Our factory has professional quality control that checks every product produced. When our warehouse receives products from the factory, our QC team inspects them before warehousing. If products are not good, we return them to the factory. We also check the product and package before shipment.

Question 7

What if my customers ask for a refund or return?

Accepted Answer

We accept refunds or returns if: the product is lost and the delivery status on 17track is not "delivered"; or the product is broken or damaged before we send it out. We don't resend or refund when the parcel is not delivered due to a wrong address or phone number, or because the local post office failed to contact the recipient.

Question 8

How can I trust CustomizingBox? Do you offer any guarantees?

Accepted Answer

CustomizingBox belongs to a group company that also owns SourcinBox, a well-known dropshipping app on the Shopify App Store. Our main business is women's wear, swimwear, children's wear and furniture, so we never share your information with anyone else. We keep your personal, store, product, and order information confidential.
